Managing Partner

Paymon Jelvani has gained over 30 years of leadership in digital transformation, cloud computing, and process optimization. As Managing Partner at Admiral Consulting Group, he has helped organizations across various industries, streamline operations and embrace innovation.

 

Paymon is known for his ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution. He leads a diverse team of professionals who deliver complex technology solutions with clarity and purpose. His approach is rooted in a simple belief: “When we make systems more efficient, we empower people to do their best work.” That’s the real impact of technology – and the driving force behind Admiral’s mission.

 

Recognized as both a visionary leader and a pragmatic advisor, Paymon is deeply committed to client success and long-term value creation.

 

Outside of work, Paymon serves on several local boards and is an active member of his community. On weekends, you’ll find him hiking, tinkering in his garage, or grilling with family and friends at backyard barbecues.

Dominick Zappia

Dominick Zappia is a Partner at Admiral Consulting Group, where he leads the Sales and Marketing team with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector. For more than two decades, he has served in leadership roles including Principal and Vice President of Sales, helping organizations streamline operations and drive growth through strategic software solutions.

 

Dominick works closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and deliver tailored, insight-driven recommendations. His approach is grounded in real-world experience and focused on minimizing risk, maximizing ROI, and aligning the right technology with each client’s long-term goals.

 

A trusted advisor and results-driven leader, Dominick is passionate about building lasting relationships and delivering measurable value.

 

A New Jersey native, Dominick enjoys spending time with his family, reading, visiting presidential historical sites, and tending to his garden.

Partner

Mike Lordi has been with Admiral since its inception, playing a pivotal role in the company’s growth and client success. His approach centers on treating clients as trusted colleagues, which has helped foster strong, result-driven partnerships. Dedicated and responsive, Mike ensures that clients receive clear, timely guidance every step of the way.

 

Outside of the office, Mike enjoys spending quality time with his family and dog, watching and playing sports, as well as watching movies and exploring his interest in filmmaking.

Daniel Call

Senior Account Manager

Daniel Call is a Senior Account Manager at Admiral Consulting Group, where he helps clients successfully adopt Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. With over a decade of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, Daniel is passionate about using technology to solve real-world business challenges and help organizations work smarter—not harder.

 

Known for his thoughtful approach and client-first mindset, Daniel partners closely with organizations to ensure their digital transformation journeys are strategic, efficient, and impactful.

 

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys analyzing stocks, mountain biking, and fishing—his most notable catch being a 28-inch smallmouth bass. He also values time with family and friends, especially over a few beers at a backyard barbecue.

Business Central Practice Manager

Ben Lane leads Admiral Consulting Group’s Business Central practice with a clear focus on client success. He oversees every stage of ERP implementations – from onboarding to go-live and beyond, ensuring each solution is tailored to support both immediate needs and long-term growth.

 

Ben brings deep expertise across the Business Central ecosystem, including ISV integrations, Copilot and AI, Power Platform, and Power BI. He believes these tools are essential to helping clients improve processes, innovate, and future-proof their operations.

 

With a background in landscaping, Ben values trust, transparency, and doing the job right the first time. He’s committed to building lasting solutions and strong client relationships that reflect Admiral’s reputation for care, quality, and results.
