Contribution: I contribute to Admiral’s mission of “Empowering Your Growth” by helping our clients get the most out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central — streamlining processes, solving tricky system challenges, and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. My goal is to make users’ work easier and more efficient by leveraging the latest technologies to achieve that.
🌊 2. What’s Your Favorite Feature in Business Central?
Every Admiral has their go-to tool—what’s yours, and why does it make your day smoother?
My favorite feature in Business Central is the clear and flexible setup tables. The system is incredibly agile, allowing quick tweaks and configuration changes to fit each business’s unique needs. Its intuitive setup makes it easier for end users to understand how the system operates and how their work impacts the overall process.
🧭 3. Favorite Table in Business Central (and Why)?
If you had to navigate with just one Business Central table, which would be your North Star—and why?
My favorite table in Business Central is the G/L Entry (General Ledger Entry) table. It’s the backbone of the system — every financial transaction eventually lands there. I love it because it tells the full story behind every posting, making it my go-to place for troubleshooting, auditing, and understanding how everything connects.
⚙️ 4. What’s One Upcoming Feature or Update in Business Central You're Most Excited About?
The horizon is always changing. What new feature do you think will make the biggest waves?
I’m most excited about the upcoming feature that enables using 1099 forms to transmit tax data directly to the IRS. I’ve had many clients request this capability, and it’s something that really should have been available a long time ago. I’m excited to finally let them know it’s coming!
💬 5. Favorite Copilot Prompt or Use Case?
How do you use Microsoft Copilot to lighten your load or optimize your process?
My favorite Copilot use case is using natural language to generate insights and reports. Instead of spending time filtering data or building queries, I can simply ask Copilot questions. It saves a huge amount of time and makes data analysis much more intuitive.
⚓ 6. What’s your go-to mindset or method for delivering on the Admiral promise?
We don’t just consult—we lead. What’s your personal strategy for ensuring clients experience the Admiral difference?
My go-to mindset is that every client should feel they are a priority — supported, valued, and understood. I focus on understanding their overall business goals, not just the system setup, discussing their processes, advising on best practices, and challenging their responses when needed to ensure they get the most out of the project.
🎯 7. When You’re Not Navigating ERP Waters, Where Do You Spend Your Time?
Tell us something fun about your life outside the helm—hobbies, passions, or weekend rituals?
I love spending time outdoors — after long days in the office, I really value being out in nature. Mostly beaches or exploring rural trails, it helps me recharge. I also cherish time with my family, making weekends and moments together a priority.

A quick quote, mantra, or mindset that helps you stay on course.
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions and challenge assumptions.” At Admiral, management encourages curiosity and provides strong support. You have a great team and plenty of resources — the key is to stay engaged and make the most of them.

Could be technical, personal, or cultural—what’s stuck with you?
One thing I’ve stuck with me since joining Admiral is that a drama-free workspace is truly possible. Strong teamwork and healthy relationships make collaboration enjoyable and productive
🗺️ 10. If You Could Chart the Next Big Feature for Business Central...
What’s something you’d love to see Microsoft add or improve next?
I’d focus on enhancing the Project module, the timesheets, expenses and all other project aspects. These features are critical for businesses that rely on services and improving them would make Business Central the go-to solution for many service-based, nonprofit, and project-driven organizations.
📦 11. Most Memorable Client Moment?
From smooth sailing to stormy seas—what’s a standout memory from working with a client?
One of my most memorable client moments was with a CFO who was leaving his company. He insisted on giving me a free session to teach me an important solution I didn’t know — a thoughtful gesture. I’ve also stayed connected with many employees I worked with during a Business Central implementation. It’s incredibly rewarding to maintain those relationships and see the lasting impact of our work together.
